Less Fat Lasagna

  1. Boil noodles 8 to 10 minutes and dry.
  2. Mix together spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, sugar and Parmesan cheese over low heat. Spray an 8 x 12-inch dish with Pam spray.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce mix in bottom of dish.
  4. Lay 3 noodles on sauce.
  5. Cover with sauce mix, then Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Continue until 3 layers high.
  7. Top with reserved 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in 350u0b0 oven (glass or metal pan) for 35 to 40 minutes.
  9. Makes 8 servings, 7 ounces each.
  10. Each serving contains 269 calories and 8 grams of fat.
