Delicious Mocha Icing

• 12 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons cocoa (sifted)
• 2 tablespoons instant coffee (disolved in a bit of water)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups icing sugar (sifted)
• 1 tablespoon milk (as needed)

1. Cream butter in mixer, add cocoa, coffee and vanilla and cream together.
2. Add icing sugar gradually and milk as needed to acquire the right consistency.
