Butterscotch Candy Recipe
- 1 c. brown or possibly white sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1 pch salt
- Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan.
- Cook till a little of the mix dropped from a tsp.
- in to cool water forms a hard ball.
- Pour in to a large buttered pan.
- When almost completely cold mark in to squares.
- Wrap each piece in wax paper and store in covered containers.
