OREO Angel Food Cake

• 1 pkg. (16 oz.) angel food cake mix
• 12 OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped
• 2 cups fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 mangos, peeled, sliced and divided

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 10-inch tube pan.
3. Top with chopped cookies; swirl gently with knife.
4. Bake 35 to 40 min.
5. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
6. Invert pan; cool cake completely.
7. Meanwhile, blend strawberries and sugar in blender until smooth.
8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
9. Loosen cake from sides of pan with knife.
10. Gently remove cake from pan; place on plate.
11. Top with 1 cup mangos.
12. Serve topped with strawberry sauce and remaining mangos.
