Beef Brisket
- 3 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 8 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Sliced
- 8 ounces, weight Mushrooms, Sliced
- 8 whole Carrots, Sliced 1/2-inch Thick
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- 1- 1/2 pound Brisket, Flank Rib, Shoulder Roast Or Stew Meat
- Place stock, onion, garlic, mushrooms and carrots in crockpot.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Place the beef in the center and put the lid on.
- Turn crockpot on to low and cook for a minimum of 8 hours (up to 24 hours).
- Serve!
