Three-Meal Vegan Chili

  2. Pour all ingredients (except lentils) into a slow-cooker or you can cook it on the stove top in a big pot.

  4. If cooking in a slow-cooker, cook on low for 3 hours, add lentils then cook on high for 1 additional hour.

  6. If cooking on the stove top, cook on medium-low for 45 minutes to 1 hour total.
  7. After chili has cooked for about 30 minutes add the cooked lentils.
  8. Stir occasionally.
