Mexican Chocolate Cake Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 6 squares baking chocolate
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- In large bowl beat butter for 30 seconds till light.
- Gradually add in brown sugar beating till well mixed.
- Add in Large eggs one at a time, add in vanilla then flour alternately with lowfat milk.
- Bake in well greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 min, till pick comes out clean.
- Cold and frost with chocolate icing.
