Mexican Chocolate Cake Recipe

  1. In large bowl beat butter for 30 seconds till light.
  2. Gradually add in brown sugar beating till well mixed.
  3. Add in Large eggs one at a time, add in vanilla then flour alternately with lowfat milk.
  4. Bake in well greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 min, till pick comes out clean.
  5. Cold and frost with chocolate icing.
