Crab and Shrimp Ceviche
- 16 ounces, weight Imitation Crab Meat, Shredded
- 16 ounces, weight Shrimp (ready To Use, Deveined)
- 1 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Applewood Smoked Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons White Pepper
- 8 whole Limes, Juiced
- 2 whole Avocados, Peeled, Seed Removed And Diced
- Your Favorite Hot Sauce (e.g. Valentinas)
- 1 bag 14 Oz Bag Tostados, To Serve
- Shred crab meat in a bowl.
- Add shrimp, chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic powder, both salts, and white pepper and combine.
- Pour the juice of limes over the mixture evenly.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Before serving, dice avocado and add to the mixture.
- Serve with your favorite hot sauce and tostados.
