Honey baked ham shank

  1. Boil ham in pan, 1 hour on gas mark 4.
  2. Then reduce heat for 1 hour to gas mark 2.
  3. Make sure your water is always half way up your ham.
  4. Remove ham from pan and place on roasting tray, cook on low 110 in oven for 1 hour, turn once.
  5. Remove ham, coat in honey, to taste and bake for another hour on 140, turn once I put potatoes in now and red onion but that's up to you
