Honey baked ham shank
- 1 ham shank
- 1 honey - to taste (i used 6 tbsp)
- ml water
- Boil ham in pan, 1 hour on gas mark 4.
- Then reduce heat for 1 hour to gas mark 2.
- Make sure your water is always half way up your ham.
- Remove ham from pan and place on roasting tray, cook on low 110 in oven for 1 hour, turn once.
- Remove ham, coat in honey, to taste and bake for another hour on 140, turn once I put potatoes in now and red onion but that's up to you
