Collard Greens

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, add the water to pot, and all the remaining ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl to serve.
