From Scratch Fat Free Brownies

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  4. Mix sugar, flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl until well-combined.

  6. Add yogurt and mix until thoroughly combined.
  7. (Batter will be very thick.)

  9. Spray an 8x8 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  11. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.

  13. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out clean.

  15. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  16. Optional: You may add chocolate chips or any other flavor baking chips to the batter or on top of the brownies after you remove them from the oven for an even more delicious brownie.
  17. I usually add chocolate chips and peanut butter chips to the brownie batter before I put it in the oven and they are to die for!
