Peach Melba Ice Cream Delight Recipe

  1. Heat raspberries and thicken with cornstarch to sauce consistency.
  2. Cold.
  3. In dessert bowl, place one slice of lb.
  4. cake.
  5. Top with two scoops vanilla ice cream.
  6. Add in 4 or possibly 5 slices of peaches around the cake, pouring 1/8 c. peach juice over top of ice cream.
  7. Next, pour 1/4 c. raspberry sauce over the top along with 1 Tbsp.
  8. raspberry liquor.
  9. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
  10. Yields 8 servings.
  11. If you do not want the seeds, strain the raspberry sauce before using.
