Beef Or Chicken Filet With Tomatillo Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat oil over high heat in skillet, saute/fry beef or possibly chicken until just done.
  2. Soften tortills in warm oil, and place on 4 plates.
  3. Put beef or possibly chicken on top, with cheese slice on top of which.
  4. Broil briefly until cheese melts.
  5. Surround meat with about 3/4 c. of sauce, covering the tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro
