Veal Scaloppine Italian Recipe

  1. Flatten veal scallops with broad size of a heavy knife till very thin.
  2. Butter the bottom of a shallow baking dish large sufficient to hold the meat in a single layer.
  3. Place Procuitto and cheese in layers over meat.
  4. Sprinkling a little lemon juice over each layer.
  5. Dot with butter and season to taste with black pepper only.
  6. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45 min till tender.
