Fish and Tomato Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Lay the fish fillets in a greased ovenproof dish.
  3. Add the tomatoes, garlic and parsley and season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle over the cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
