Waffles with Jelly
- 8 frozen waffles
- 1/4 cup trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1/4 cup jam, jelly or preserves
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Heat 2 waffles per person according to package instructions.
- Spread each waffle with 1/2 Tbsp.
- each margarine and jelly.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with waffles.
