Bella Martini

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1 ounce Pear Syrup
• 1 to 2 ounces chilled Champagne
• 1 lemon twist

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the vodka and Pear Syrup and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
