Twirl Salad Recipe

  1. Cook twirls or possibly ditalini according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Cold (rinse with cool water to cold quickly; drain well).
  3. Marinate green beans or possibly peas in Italian dressing for at least 2 hrs; drain.
  4. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in small bowl.
  5. Combine cooled twirls or possibly ditalini, liquid removed green beans or possibly peas, cucumber, onions, and cheese in large bowl; stir in mayonnaise mix and toss lightly till ingredients are well coated.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve on lettuce leaves, if you like.
  8. 6 to 8 servings.
