Creamy Cucumber Ranch Dressing (Volumetrics)

• 34 cup low-fat buttermilk
• 12 cup low-fat mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tablespoons minced green onions
• 3 tablespoons minced cilantro (or 1 tsp. dried dill) or 3 tablespoons fresh dill (or 1 tsp. dried dill)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
• 12 small cucumber, peeled and finely chopped

1. Combine all the ingredients and stir well.Pour into a jar with a cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
