Pina Colada Cake Recipe
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 (16 ounce.) Pina Colada cream of coconut
- 1 (12 ounce.) Cold Whip
- Shredded coconut
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- Bake cake.
- While warm, punch holes in cake.
- Mix together the Pina Colada cream and the Eagle Brand lowfat milk.
- Pour over warm cake.
- Spread Cold Whip over cake.
- Sprinkle coconut over Cold Whip.
- Keep refrigerated.
