Ms. Phung's Chocolate cake

  1. Blend cake mix and water.
  2. Gradually add eggs.
  3. Add oil last.
  4. Spray and flour loaf pans.
  5. Fill with cake mixture 1/3 to 1/2 full.
  6. Bake at 325F for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake.
  8. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool slightly then remove from pan.
  10. Glaze.
  11. Glaze: Mix water and powdered sugar until smooth.
  12. Drizzle evenly over cakes.
