Pork Loin in Pasilla and Peanut Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Blend dressing, chicken broth, chiles and 1/4 cup nuts in blender until smooth.
  3. Place meat in roasting pan or shallow pan; top with sauce.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake 50 min.
  6. or until done (145F), basting with sauce every 20 min.
  7. Let stand 10 min.
  8. before slicing to serve.
  9. Meanwhile, chop remaining nuts.
  10. Slice meat; place on platter.
  11. Top with sauce from bottom of pan; sprinkle with nuts.
  12. Serve with rice.
