Sherried Avocado Bouillon

  1. Heat broth and water to boiling.
  2. Add sherry and parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in avocado.
  4. Pour at once into heated bouillon cups.
  5. Garnish with avocado slices, if desired.
