Easy Chicken Rice Made in a Rice Cooker
- 700 grams White rice
- 150 grams Chicken breast
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 2 tsp Soup stock granules
- 6 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Salt
- 15 grams Butter
- 1 Salt and black pepper
- 1 Fresh parsley
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Finely chop the onions.
- Wash the rice and put into the rice cooker.
- Add the soup stock granules, salt, ketchup, and water and mix well.
- Add the remaining required water into the rice pot and mix well.
- Top with Step 1, vegetables, and butter, and turn on the rice cooker.
- Once cooked, let steam for 5 minutes, then mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with parsley.
