Herb Chicken Florentine Recipe
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
- 15 ounce. pkg. frzn spinach
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. creamy herb soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Combine 1/4 c. butter, lowfat milk and flour in saucepan.
- Add in spinach and cook till heated.
- Put spinach mix in baking dish.
- Mix 1/2 c. butter, soup mix and paprika.
- Roll chicken pcs in mix till thoroughly coated.
- Layer coated chicken on top of spinach mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
- Serve over rice.
- Serves 4-6.
