Herb Chicken Florentine Recipe

  1. Combine 1/4 c. butter, lowfat milk and flour in saucepan.
  2. Add in spinach and cook till heated.
  3. Put spinach mix in baking dish.
  4. Mix 1/2 c. butter, soup mix and paprika.
  5. Roll chicken pcs in mix till thoroughly coated.
  6. Layer coated chicken on top of spinach mix.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. Serves 4-6.
