Aliter Baedinam Sive Agninam Excaldatam (Steamed Lamb) Recipe
- 10 x lamb cutlets
- 1 lt white wine
- 100 ml oil
- 2 x big onions, diced
- 2 Tbsp. grnd coriander
- 1 tsp grnd pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Liebstoeckl
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 200 ml Liquamen (or possibly 2 tsp salt)
- Put cutlets into pot, together with diced onion and spices.
- Add in Liquamen, oil and wine.
- Cook 45-60 min.
- Pour sauce into a pan and thicken it with starch.
- Serve cutlets together with the sauce.
