Aliter Baedinam Sive Agninam Excaldatam (Steamed Lamb) Recipe

  1. Put cutlets into pot, together with diced onion and spices.
  2. Add in Liquamen, oil and wine.
  3. Cook 45-60 min.
  4. Pour sauce into a pan and thicken it with starch.
  5. Serve cutlets together with the sauce.
