Smoked Brisket Recipe

  1. Trim all fat from brisket.
  2. Cover good with seasoned salt.
  3. Start fire with at least 10 pounds charcoal.
  4. Put brisket on for 1 1/2 hrs (45 min on each side).
  5. Then wrap in foil and cook for 2 1/2 hrs.
  6. Cook at 200 degrees.
  7. Put BBQ sauce on when served.
  8. Tender every time!
