Smoked Brisket Recipe
- 6 pound beef brisket
- 10 to 15 pound charcoal
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- Aluminum foil
- BBQ sauce
- Trim all fat from brisket.
- Cover good with seasoned salt.
- Start fire with at least 10 pounds charcoal.
- Put brisket on for 1 1/2 hrs (45 min on each side).
- Then wrap in foil and cook for 2 1/2 hrs.
- Cook at 200 degrees.
- Put BBQ sauce on when served.
- Tender every time!
