Easy Rosemary Potatoes
- 1 lb small red potato
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon rosemary (more or less)
- water (for boiling)
- Cut the potatoes into chunks; about eighths.
- Boil them until they are about done; soft but still keep themselves together.
- Drain the water and add butter and rosemary to the sauce pan.
- Let the butter melt and coat the potatoes.
- Serve hot.
- A variation is to mash the potatoes or add cheese or other spices up to you, Hope you enjoy!
