Baked Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings
- 40 ounces, weight Chicken Wings
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 pinches Salt
- 2 pinches Pepper
- 1/4 cups Sriracha
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 3 whole Limes, Juiced
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cups Cilantro, Roughly Chopped

- Preheat oven to 425 F. Place chicken wings onto rimmed baking sheets (you will need 2 pans).
- Add olive oil, salt and pepper over the chicken.
- Toss chicken to coat the wings in the oil and spices.
- Spread them in a single layer, making sure that no 2 pieces of chicken touch.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for 10 more minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together ingredients for the sauce.

- Take chicken out of the oven.
- Preheat the broiler when you pull the chicken out.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of sauce over each wing.
- Place pans back in the oven and cook until wings have turned slightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Remove pans from oven.
- Flip the chicken and pour the rest of the sauce over chicken.
- Place pans back under the broiler and cook until skin is crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Remove pans from oven.

- Once done, toss chicken with sauce created on the baking sheet.
- Serve and garnish with cilantro.
