Frankfurter Casserole (Diabetic)

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix all ingredients except biscuits.
  3. Boil gently 5 minutes.
  4. Put approximately 3/4 cup of the mixture into each of 8 individual baking dishes and top each with biscuit.
  5. * Bake until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
  6. Serve at once.
  7. This can also be made in an 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
