Pork and Mushrooms in Lemon Cream Sauce
- 400 grams Pork loin
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 as required Plain flour
- 2 packets Mushrooms (use brown ones if available)
- 10 grams Lemon rinds
- 1 as required Olive oil and butter
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 100 ml each Milk and double cream
- 1 tbsp each Soy sauce and sugar
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the mushrooms thinly and chop the lemon rinds finely.
- Coat the pork thickly and evenly with flour.
- Shake off the excess.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan and brown all sides over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and saute for about 15 seconds.
- Add the sake and evaporate the alcohol.
- Add the ingredients and stir.
- Cook over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the lemon rinds and boil quickly.
- It is ready to serve.
- Transfer onto a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley and coarsely ground black pepper.
