Pork and Mushrooms in Lemon Cream Sauce

  1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the mushrooms thinly and chop the lemon rinds finely.
  3. Coat the pork thickly and evenly with flour.
  4. Shake off the excess.
  5. Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan and brown all sides over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the mushrooms and saute for about 15 seconds.
  7. Add the sake and evaporate the alcohol.
  8. Add the ingredients and stir.
  9. Cook over a low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  10. Add the lemon rinds and boil quickly.
  11. It is ready to serve.
  12. Transfer onto a serving dish and sprinkle with parsley and coarsely ground black pepper.
