Fresh Georgia Peach Cobbler Recipe melissadigusto

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400
  2. Combine everything and mix well.
  3. Sugar, sliced peaches, cornstarch, almond extract, melted butter into a bowl.
  4. In a casserole dish like 9 x13 pour mixture into it.
  5. Then roll out the rolled pie crust and cut into long strips.
  6. You are going to criss cross it on top of the mixture.
  7. Melt a little butter and brush on top of the strips of dough.
  8. Then sprinkle a little sugar all over the top of it.
  9. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, or a little longer to make crust lightly brown on top.
