Macaroon Tart Shells

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
  2. Spoon mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups coated with cooking spray, pressing mixture into bottom and up sides of muffin cups.
  3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until edges are browned.
  4. (Do not overbake.
  5. ).
  6. Cool 2 minutes in pan on a wire rack.
  7. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
  8. Can be frozen for later use.
