Vegan Chocolate Pie

  1. Melt th chocolate chips in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
  2. In a blender or food processor, mix the melted chocolate, silken tofu, cinnamon or vanilla flavor.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Pour in the pie crust.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour.
