Stir Fried Rice

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions in large skillet using margarine or butter, 2 1/4 cups water and soy sauce.
  2. Cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken and peas; increase heat to medium-high.
  4. Pour egg substitute over rice mixture; cook without stirring until set, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Stir and serve warm.
