Kettle Corn

  1. Begin to make stovetop popcorn.
  2. When popping has almost subsided,remove pot from heat.
  3. Add suger and salt,then return to low heat 20 seconds, shaking 3 or 4 times.
  4. The suger should be just starting to melt and caramelize.
  5. Transfer popcorn to a large bowl and serve.
  6. Makes about 10 cups 4 servings .
  7. Total time 10 minutes
