Bookie's Cheesecake Pie

  1. For crust:
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter, pat into 9 inch pie pan and chill or freeze til firm.
  3. For cheesecake:.
  4. Preheat oven to 325F.
  5. Combine cheesecake ingredients; beat until light.
  6. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes, remove from oven, cool 5 minutes.
  8. Do not turn off oven heat.

  10. Blend topping ingredients, pour over pie.
  11. Bake 10 more minutes.
  12. Remove from oven.
  13. Chill 5 hours or longer.
