Crispy Baked Fish Recipe
- 1 pound fish fillets (fresh or possibly frzn and thawed)
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
- Healthy pinch of pepper
- Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pcs.
- Season with pepper, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs.
- Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 500 degrees for 10 min without turning.
- Serves 4.
