No Crust Easter Pie

  1. Cream the ricotta and cream cheese, add the eggs, beating them in one at a time.
  2. Add the vanilla.
  3. Spoon in the flour and sour cream, mix well.
  4. "It's going to be loose, don't worry",says Nanny.
  5. So don't worry.
  6. This works.
  7. Pour the mix into a 10" springform cake pan.
  8. Bake in a 325F (160C) oven for 1 hour, more or less, as in othe recipe.
