Hot Fries Chicken
- 8 pieces Chicken (with Or Without Skin)
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cups Finely Crushed Hot Fries (brand Of Your Choice)
- This isnt a precise recipe.
- Just use the amounts of flour, milk and hot fries you deem necessary for the amount of chicken you use.
- Dip your chicken pieces in first the flour, then the milk, then the hot fries.
- Plop them in a lightly greased pan and bake at 350F for 50 minutes to an hour or until the juice runs clear.
- Somewhere along the way the hot fries lost a little of their kick.
- If you like things hotter, you could always add some Tabasco or wing sauce to the milk.
- In fact you could add whatever makes your skirt fly up.
- Cheese?
- Cilantro?
- Mustard?
- Done as strips or nuggets?
- Fabuloso.
