Beefaroni
- 1 12 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (14 ounce) canprimo Mexican-style tomatoes
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 12 cups milk
- 0.5 (125 g) packagemclaren's imperial cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Cook and drain macaroni.
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large saucepot, brown hamburger and garlic.
- Drain.
- Add onions, tomatoes, and spices.
- Simmer 5 - 10 minutes.
- Toss in macaroni.
- Meanwhile, whisk oil, milk, and flour together in separate saucepan.
- Heat.
- Add Imperial cheese and whisk until melted.
- Stir the two mixtures together and transfer into a 2 quart casserole.
- Top with grated cheddar.
- Bake 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with a tossed green salad, and crusty bread.
