Beefaroni

  1. Cook and drain macaroni.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F.
  3. In a large saucepot, brown hamburger and garlic.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add onions, tomatoes, and spices.
  6. Simmer 5 - 10 minutes.
  7. Toss in macaroni.
  8. Meanwhile, whisk oil, milk, and flour together in separate saucepan.
  9. Heat.
  10. Add Imperial cheese and whisk until melted.
  11. Stir the two mixtures together and transfer into a 2 quart casserole.
  12. Top with grated cheddar.
  13. Bake 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
  14. Serve with a tossed green salad, and crusty bread.
