Mostaciolli & Broccoli With Creamy Garlic Sauce Recipe

  1. Cook pasta till al dente, drain, rinse with cool water and drain again.
  2. Mix with 1/4 c. of the Creamy Garlic Sauce.
  3. Throw away heavy bottom stems of broccoli.
  4. Peel remaining stems and slice 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Break florets of broccoli into smaller pcs.
  6. Blanch stems and florets about 2 min in boiling water.
  7. Drain, rinse with cool water and drain again.
  8. Pat dry with paper towels.
  9. Add in to pasta in serving bowl and toss with 1/2 c. (or possibly more) of the dressing.
  10. Serve at room temperature or possibly lightly chilled.
  11. Serves 6.
