Incredibly Easy Lemon Cream Cookies

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package lemon cake mix
• 2 cups Cool Whip
• 1 egg
• powdered sugar

1. Mix dry cake mix, cool whip, and egg in a bowl until combined.
2. Dough will be slightly sticky.
3. Form into 1" rounds and roll in powdered sugar.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
