Sesame Tofu using Warabi Mochiko

  1. Combine all ingredients and heat.
  2. Stir the mixture with a wooden spatula.
  3. Remove from heat when it becomes translucent and thick.
  4. Transfer into a container and let it cool.
  5. Once it hardens, cut into any size and serve with a side of wasabi.
