Blueberry Lemon Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Place paper baking cups into 12-cup muffin pan or grease and flour cups.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine blueberries and 2 tablespoons oatmeal muffin mix in bowl; toss to coat.
  5. Combine remaining muffin mix and all remaining muffin ingredients in another bowl; mix well.
  6. Gently stir in blueberry mixture just until moistened.
  7. Spoon batter evenly into prepared pan.
  8. Combine all topping ingredients in bowl; sprinkle evenly over batter.
  9. Bake 17-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
