Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup cocoa powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 12 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 12 cup yogurt, low fat
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 12 cups oats (not instant)
- 34 cup dried cranberries
- 14 cup flax seed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- With a mixer, whip the butter until fluffy.
- Cream together whipped butter and sugar, then mix in yogurt and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients, making sure not to over-stir.
- Stir in cranberries and oats.
- Scoop onto a cookie tray and bake for 10-12 minutes in the middle rack.
