Chocolate Peanut Butter Grahams

  1. Spread a rounded teaspoonful of peanut butter on one side of half of the graham crackers.
  2. top with remaining graham crackers.
  3. in a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt candy coating,.
  4. stir until smooth.
  5. dip cookiies in coating to completely cover.
  6. allow excess to drip off.
  7. place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
  8. let stand until firm.
  9. store in airtight container in a cool, dry place.
