Caviar served on Ice Cubes

• 1 cup coarse salt
• 12 ice cubes
• 1 -ounce caviar (your choice of fancy imported or economic lumpfish)

1. Spread salt over a serving plate.
2. Place ice cubes on plate.
3. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of caviar on each ice cube.
4. Serve immediately.
