Chicken Broccoli Chowder

  1. Combine carrot, water, chicken, broth, broccoli, onion and salt in 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat.
  3. Cover; simmer about 10 minutes. Bring to a full rolling boil; gradually add oat flour, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in milk.
  5. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
  7. Cover; let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Sprinkle with Savory Add-A-Crunch to serve.
  9. Makes about 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
  10. Milk may be added if soup becomes too thick upon standing.
