Tomato/ Mozarella

• 4 Tomato vine
• 1 mozzarella cheese soft
• 1 olive oil, extra virgin
• 1 dash salt, pepper, parsly

1. Slice the tomatoes put on a big serving plate.
2. Slice the mozzarella cheese
3. Mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes slices
4. Dash of olive oil on top of each, salt , pepper and parsley
